If you want to bring the excellence of craftsmanship to your tables, Bramardi's artisanal dove "la Mirtillosa" is for you.

A soft dough with bluebarries is left to rise slowly using the mother yeast. The glaze is made with c IGP hazelnuts to maximize the flavor.

The dove is cooked in a wood oven.

Each dove weighs about 600g. WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES, WITHOUT DYES.

KEEP ABOUT 2 MONTHS in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources.


Base: Wheat flour, bluebarry, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, mother yeast, milk, honey, lemon juice, salt. Icing: sugar, Piedmont IGP hazelnuts, almonds, egg white, wheat flour.

Product subject to natural weight loss. It may contain traces of other nuts.
