Company

The Bramardi company is located in Cervasca near Cuneo in Piedmont in North West Italy where, in the early 1940s, the founder Giovanni Bramardi, after a long experience as a pastry chef in Paris, opened a craft workshop for the production of chocolates.

The passion for chocolate led the Bramardi management to select the best cocoa origins such as Central and South America, Madagascar and Ghana and the best qualities such as Criollo and Trinitario to create a blend that gives chocolate a unique and unmistakable taste.

The combination of the best ingredients with purely craftsmanship has allowed us to achieve a perfect balance of aromas and flavors. The world of Bramardi sweetness takes concrete form in many forms: the traditional Cuneesi, the gianduiotti, the sweet truffles, the cremini, the gianduia cream and .... many other delicacies.

Over time the company has grown and in addition to the historic Cervasca store, it has four other owned stores in Cuneo and its province.
