Bramardi produce Tartufi in sei varianti: Nero (fondente con cacao), Bianco (cioccolato bianco con torrone), Fondente classico, Cereali (con riso soffiato), Cocco e Pistacchio. Tutti sono realizzati artigianalmente con ingredienti selezionati.

Cosa sono i Tartufi di cioccolato?

I Tartufi sono praline dalla forma irregolare che ricorda il tartufo del bosco. Hanno un cuore morbido di ganache al cioccolato arricchito con nocciole, ricoperti da cacao in polvere o granella. Bramardi li produce a mano con cioccolato fondente pregiato.
