A soft dough with blueberries is left to rise slowly using the mother yeast. The glaze is made with IGP hazelnuts to maximize the flavor.

The dove is cooked in a wood oven.

Each dove weighs about 600g. WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES, WITHOUT DYES. KEEP ABOUT 2 MONTHS in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources.

Base: Wheat flour, blueberry, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, mother yeast, milk, honey, lemon juice, salt. Icing: sugar, Piedmont IGP hazelnuts, almonds, egg white, wheat flour.
