Gianduiotti and cremini are a typical Piedmont chocolates.
Bramardi Gianduiotti are soft and delicious chocolates with an intense flavor of hazelnut and cocoa. They are made from a blend of natural, quality ingredients (Piedmont hazel-nuts, sugar, cocoa paste and milk,…) cold ground in a stone mill and then “extruded” (not taken from moulds).
Cremini are soft chocolate made up of 3 layers of chocolate : 2 external layers of gianduia and the internal one rich in hazelnut paste.
